All you needed to do was say, "YES", the car is dangerous and should be pulled over ASAP.
Of course, if you prefer to keep out of it and seeing some innocent passenger being killed or maimed, that's your call.

No different from our local *555 to report dangerous drivers but, unfortunately, it's a bit like the Aussie case where the word of the anonymous complainent seems to carry more weight that the driver reported.
