Sounds like the same "drug", or rather chemical mixture that has been used in the States for some years.
Very, VERY nasty stuff!

I wonder what those who say people should be allowed to use whatever drug of choice and/or are in favoutr of legalising 'recreasional' drugs have to say about this horror?
