I wonder what those who say people should be allowed to use whatever drug of choice and/or are in favoutr of legalising 'recreasional' drugs have to say about this horror?

Of course there is a massive difference between cannabis or MDMA or even cocaine and this poisonous crap.

The only reason people do it is because it's cheap and it gets them high and the making drugs legal won't mean that more people will do it.

Actually, even legalising heroin would work against people using this even worse concoction.
