Whats wrong with filling up your tank and several canisters if there is a possible respective strike around the corner? I wouldnt call that panic buying.

I wouldnt wanna have to walk to work in case there is a strike. And no, a bycicle isnt an option either as I'm a lazy *******. Its either going by car or call in sick. (and get fired because its obvious you arent sick when everybody knows about the strike lol. But still, being unemployed is still better than cycling to work for even one day!)

Yes yes I know, in the US it would be different as there are no mass transit options and everyone lives 150 miles away from work.
