I'm guessing you didn't ring the NHS direct then? It sounds like you need to. Stop being a man, pull your finger out of your arse and do it. They will refer you to a dentist immediately if they need to.

Yes get it looked at in the morning asap, I had the same thing and the quicker you get it corrected the better you are. They drilled a hole in the offending tooth and the damn thing popped like a giant zit. I had a jaw so swollen people thought I was a baseball player with chewing gum or tobacco. I had no idea since our school had crummy worthless mirrors couldn't see anything until I was told to go to the school office.
