If I may express my opinion...
It seems that the fact that the girl you gave your heart to wants to move on overwhelms all your other problems (as far as feelings go)

Love is the only feeling that can really tear u apart!

Im sorry to hear about it all, but Im mostly sorry about the heart break..It hurts the most!!

Try to get a positive spin on things...Thats all I can recommend

Indeed it is, I can take death in strides compared to caring for someone who doesn’t like you back.

@Gordo, your right about moping around I am handling very poorly pretending like we never met which sucks cause I don’t want to not see her again. On the other hand I can already feel myself turning my emotions to hatred against her. I also get a sneer on my face when I think of her which I can deal with hate easy enough.
It makes me feel better knowing I am not the only one that gets his ass kicked by a girl. Some of you guys suggested working out, I used to do that every day then stopped the last three or four months. It never occurred to me how much better I felt I am getting back into running now that the days are getting longer.
