To the OP, if you'd posted this thread back in April I would have been about as depressed as you, Just split from my ex who was a total control freak, But I met a great girl through a facebook forum for people suffering with CFS/ME and I talked to her for 2 months, then met her and we moved in together after a few weeks dating, I moved 105 miles to Blackpool to be with her and we've been together ever since, tbh things couldn't be better despite her having the same illness as myself.

She is such an amazing person and we get on great, we not only like 99% of the same things, but since she is a Cancerian too, we share a lot of traits and our characters and personality are a 99% match too.

She came into my life when I needed a friend above anything else, but the friendship soon turned into Love and I helped her get through a difficult part of her life, when she needed a good friend too.

Just don't give up, looking for the right person, because most of the time when your not looking for Love, it will find you.
Which Facebook group out of curiosity? I've suffered with ME for 16 years myself.
I think this is the correct link, it's a closed group so just ask to join, Good support and they have a lot of people there who have a good understanding of how the Law works with people who suffer from CFS/ME,

Wow, didn't know anyone else on Futuremark had the same illness as me. Learn something new everyday. My rare stroke was a very rare occurrence of having this underlying illness ME (+ Hyper-coagulation Blood Disorder + Chronic severe head pain daily as a result after the stroke :S). (Still no one knows how to treat it, except treating the syptoms, i.e, band-aids)
