Dude, this is what I do for a living, working with people like you. I'll say that you might want to ask your doc to add Wellbutrin to your meds, it can really help lower some of the libido crushing side effects of SSRIs. Not much I can say over the internet, but get help if you really feel like you are going to do something to yourself. Even a few days in an acute hospital setting could help. You would be surprised how many people we see that feel like something has snapped back in them after getting away for a few days, with people that listen... and hopefully care.
