Default Filling Africa's technology skills gap
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-19234417

The population is one of the most educated in the region, unemployment is running at around 40% - yet technology companies are struggling to hire enough qualified talent.

Something that could, if left unchecked, derail Kenya's technology explosion.
Fast track

In one of Nairobi's many gated suburbs, tucked away behind a luxuriant hedge, is Computer Revolution Africa. The IT company occupies a sprawling colonial bungalow in the middle of a shady garden.
Computer Revolution's Simon Kinuthia Computer Revolution's Simon Kinuthia says the internship programme has save him time and money

For director Simon Kinuthia recruiting new graduates to join the team has been tough.

"I would say it has been a nightmare," he says Wait a minute........you mean these companies went to Africa, to start up cheap, and turn the land into the new silicon valley.......and they can't find anyone to hire that can do the jobs????

Maybe when the opened the company there, and the locals sent a witchdoctor up to drive out evil spirits, they should have taken that as a hint of whats to come.

I'm totally shocked that these programs haven't produced a kenyan Bill Gates.........

On a bright note though......think about how many new email scams can be produced there now!

Holy fuck.............LMAO@Africa.

Now I'll go have a burger, while you niggers starve.
