Never any complaints about exclusive gay ghettos...but when heterosexual people gentrify an area... why, it's racist and non-incluuuusive.

Doesn't really happen as often. They usually leave the city to breed. Younger, jet set and trust fund babies usually run artists and bohemian loft rats out when they drive up the property values to live in the hip, edgy part of town, but for some strange reason, white heteros just aren't interested in neighborhoods "of color". Can't imagine why.
