Hadhrat Maulana Ehsanul Haq saheb is the Shaykhul Hadith of Madrassah Arabiyyah Islamiyyah, Markaz Tabligh Raiwind. He is also one of the khulafa of Hadhrat Shaykh Zakariyya r.a. When Hadhrat Shaykh Zakariyya r.a came to Raiwind markaz in the 1970s he made himself as Sarprast (guardian) of the madrassa and made Maulana Ehsan d.b in charge of madrassah and was to report directly to Hadhrat Shaykh r.a.

To date Maulana Ehsan d.b does taleem in markaz every night after esha. I was fortunate to sit in his darse-hadith once whilst my stay in Raiwind Markiz, though could not do musaafa.

He has thousands of students all over the world, famous one amongst them Shaykh Tariq Jameel d.b.

It is said that he is from the abdals, Allah knows best.
