It's been 3 days since i found this 2-3 month old Alaskan Malamute puppy, I've let him in to my house and have been taking care on him since (I don't allow him to touch me when in my prayer clothes or allow him in my prayer room)
Apparently it's only the dog's saliva that shouldn't touch you or your clothes; their fur is fine, insha'Allah.

My nearest animal shelter is 50 miles away and to be honest I've gotton fond of him and don't want to give him away what do I do? Is he allowed in the house or should I create a big den for him in the garden 6ftX8ft? If you would like to know I found him in a garbage bag with little food near a remote spring, most likely left to die.

I know it's frowned upon to keep a dog not Haram. The animal shelter folk should come to you if you can't get to them. Re. keeping the actual animal, it may only be allowed if you need it as a guard dog. Not sure what the ruling is for keeping it as a general pet though.
