However to be fair, Somali's in particular from supporters of the governmental entity called Somaliland and quasi-independent Puntland are the primary cause of this confusion by sending mixed messages to the international community. Our position has been VERY CLEAR from the beginning . We want nothing short of a total political separation .
Both Somaliland and Puntland should be encouraged to leave Somalia and form their own respective countries. Again , I don't know why people always try to lump Somaliland and Puntland in the same league . They are an integral part of Somalia and desire to remain as such , we are not .
