You are right that's an ethiopian, i've seen ethioboy post him before on his 23andme thread as somali, but i didn't bother correcting him.
But the pic of the kid fishing is a Somali Barwani i believe.

The man resembles a Somali rather than an Ethiopia. For further evidence just take a close look at the opening of his mouth; Characteristic Somali lips are there. [Fish lips]
