You're going to have to be more specific than "Habeshas". Habesha means different things to different people.

Why do you focus on the people who are such a small part of the population? All ethnic groups except for Tigrayans are underrepresented politically. Why don't you speak about Oromos, who look relatively similar to most Ethiopians? The fact that some people, like the Nuer, may look different does not mean that they should be represented more than other Ethiopians. I am not a racist, and you shouldn't judge people based on their looks either.
I may have missed simple things but dont deny that Gambellas are overly underreresented 300,000 people live in Gambella. Why do you choose to focus on them instead of the Oromo, for instance? And I mean for things other than beauty pageants.
