it depends on how you look at it. when we are talking about white collar crimes, or large scale organized crime this is almost always white controlled. i.e. irish italian and russian crime syndicates, though central american cartels are also a big factor in those kinds of things. i.e. drug and gun smuggling, human trafficking, extortion, murder for hire etc. when we are talking about gang related problems, this is almost always black or hispanic oriented. low to mid level drug dealing, robberies, assaults, home invasions, drug related homicides, shootings. as far as whites (and in this instance i am talking about poor whites) they have a high instance of drug and alchohol abuse which leads to other sorts of similar crimes like domestic violence, assaults, theft and burglarly, low level drug dealing, and occasionally armed robberies/muggings but there is not alot of violence associated with them because there is very little organized crime among poor whites like their is with poor blacks/hispanics etc.

basically, if you park your car in the projects or a trailer park, you have about the same likelyhood of coming back and finding things stolen from it. but if you are walking through the projects as opposed to a trailer park, your likelyhood of being robbed or assaulted is less in the white ghettos than it is in a black or hispanic one.
