I think the fact that blacks in the US may commit more crimes overall is due to the fact that as a whole they are much more socially disadvantaged compared to whites. The US government keeps it this way as it is a result of colonialism still.

Yes they are "socially disadvantaged".
They have to go to black only schools and receive a poor education. Nobody will give them a job. I mean everybody of course would rather hire a stupid white man than a smart black man.
I mean can you imagine there ever being a black president? It won't happen in the next 100 years if the white man doesn't stop keeping the brothers down.
