One of three Blacks in the USA, between the age of 20 and 30, have problems with Law: jailing, trials. I'm not any expert but...

1- Blacks have more testosterone in blood. It makes them better in sports, but more agressive and impulsive too.

2- Blacks have an IQ around 70-80. It depends whether they have white gens or not. Anyway, this IQ only allowes you to do mechanicall, brainless tasks like cleaning houses up or building rooms... tasks which are being replacing my robotics little by little, so Blacks are more vulnerable to fall into unemployment.

And it's not a lie:

3- Genetic closeness help to cooperation. That's why societies like Japan or Australia works.
