Even the Heirachy of the Iq in the Middle east show that wealth & the Human developement index is irrelevent.

Southern Italians have an iq closer to people in North Africa, the Near East & Middle East than they do to Northern Italians.

Sicily & Calabria tested a 89 iq.

Wasn't middle east the Cradle of civilization?

Those numbers are just bullshits

And in any case southern italy Iq is more or less the same of the USA

national Iq map, it doesn't show only the Iq of native americans, but also white people, and it's the same about Australia.
