No, I am not, I identify as PR before latino, but PR can relate in lifeways and culture to coastal South American and central American nations like Panama, Colombia and venezuela.

lol Do you really think PR is more related to Panama, Colombia, and Venezuela than DR and Cuba? That seems like a stretch.
