LOL its definitely not just an internet-thing.

i have had conversations between a kenyan and some ethopians. The sentiment is the same. According to them aframs are lazy and waste the opportunities of america.

An ethopian lady told me, " we werent conquered and enslaved like those weaker nations"

That's different and basically East Africans generally look at the identity of the Aframs (Identity and a strong culture are very important. They don't want their kids growing up ashamed or confused about their hertiage.) and somehow, they see it as non-African or somewhat tainted with foreign elements such as Hip-Hop, Westernized clothing and rap music, which isn't really African at all and also the way the media protrays Aframs in a crafty negative way really doesn't help their image even though Aframs probably have more oportunities and succeed further more than most Africans due to better facilities etc etc
But not all East Africans or Africans look down on Aframs, I've heard many have married them anywayz. It's a cultural thing.
