Moeesha and Toney, I'm sure your right on target about why he did it. My point is that what he is doing has never been done before is illegal and unconstitutional. Nobody cares I love this country and our liberties and freedom that goes with it. This should infuriate the citizens of this country and nobody fucking cares. Its scary, but it seems we will get what we deserve for not giving a shit. Our forefathers are rolling over, probably have been for a while.

He's basically appointed himself as a supreme court. Not just a single judge, but the whole court. And he has made his decision.
He just wiped out the need for checks and balances which is a primary element of our government.
