It ISN'T "him," now,

anymore than it was "him" when Dubbya was the focus.

I don't think that matters. "He" is as clever as his handlers. They just pulled a stunning maneuver by letting him determine the constitutionality of law. And NOBODY cared!!!!! The press is asleep!
