Chretien was a real West hating bastard too...

He was also one of the few PMs in recent history to have turned in a balanced budget on a regular basis.

Never mind the fact that he was the PM who kept us out of the rat**** in Iraq.

(btw: why is hating the bloody West such a bad thing? After all, their oil is our oil.
