It's not a soundtrack. It's a fan-made video made by one of the local "nazis" (Enclave, the ****ers who stormed the Broken Hills to eliminate the so-called "mutants" (anyone who isn't Enclave). Their attack have been repelled.

Enclave are stiniking nazis of the 23rd century, so no wonder he chose that music for his video.
