No, juniors are not always less than seniors.

The seniors competition take place such that the best players from each side can't match up.

The juniors competition takes place such that the best players from each side CAN match up.

That's why no one really gives a **** about the World Cup/IIHF tourneys. The only thing more pointless is that annual tournament in Davos, with the ridiculously excessive advertising.
1) Not every best junior from each side can match up at junior WC ('cause the best Russian juniors often play in the senior league (like Malkin, Ovechkin and Cherepanov did).
2) All you can be proud about is the Junior IIHF WC. Not Seniour IIHF WC or the Olympics.
Don't you understand HOW LAUGHTABLE your position IS? It's a looser's position, a looser's arguments.
3) Eat that, boy. And face it for a God sake - you can't play hockey.
WE PWN YOU AT EVERY REAL MAJOR INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION. BE IT A WORLD CUP OR OLYMPICS.

Simple as that.
