Thank You, i shall do, my friend who is in his 60's btw and i am 35,likes a few pints himself,i usually sit as i did the day sit and chat with him in the pub as we have a couple of beers. I'm getting that he may be saying to me getting TOO drunk is bad considering the story of the state i ended up in and how i"behaved" he's not a buddhist but he sure speaks a lot of sense. I am for sure dedicated to cutting DOWN on my booze intake as the all or noting method does not work with me.

Can you point me in the right direction of a book for people interested in buddhism??
