Hi guys,
I'm so sorry I haven't been able to respond to all your advice sooner. This is because my mum and little bro have needed all my time and support and there problems are my problems at the end of the day. I did read all your feedback on my lazy attempts at meditation more or less straight away and often contemplated on this and I think now is the time for action. After I have sent this post I will meditate in the correct way NOW. Please believe me when I say your time and effort on me hasn't fallen on deaf ears and I truly appreciate it.
