I meditated ' properly ' for the first time and I think it has given me the insight I needed. I think this thread has become very self indulgent on my part and that's not good for me or this community. I have tried to practice selflessness with my family so much I have forgotten to apply it here of all places. I came here looking for other like minded people I could learn from
and discuss things nobody else would care to talk about, but maybe through lack of confidence I've started to rely on others to hold my hand and show me the way, when I should take responsability for myself and be my own guide. I hope now I can give back to this community as much as it has given to me.
