As far as I know, Spain has the least multicultural team of all Western Europe (We won't see the same in 10 years).

Not Italy with his African star, or Germany with its Turkish were able to defeat the brain coordination of mighty Spain.

Today, for the first time in centuries (actually 2 years, but anyway...), Spain made their descendants proud

Manly tears have been shed this day.

So, what do you think, does multiculturalism affects negatively a team performance?
