Not true. Southern European girls are very feminine. Not as feminine as East Asian guys though I guess.

Feminine in your book. Southern European girls are in fact hairy, yet Northern Europeans girls are not. Also Northern European women tend to be one of the most feminine females and this is agreed upon universally.
