Not having Denisovan doesn't necessarily mean they don't have Neanderthal. Denisovan appears isolated to Aboriginals in Australia, Papua, etc. while Neanderthal has been found in all OOA populations as far as I know. Do you have a source on Onge Neanderthal admixture not specific to Denisovans?
I remember reading that they didn't have Neanderthal DNA, but I can't seem to find that anywhere.

The Onge seem to be part of the First OOA Wave (Y-DNA c,d) that hugged the tropical Coastline and didn't interact with the Neaderthal. The Papuans and melanesians may have been part of the second wave (Y-DNA K) that went through the middle east and interbred with Neanderthal.

It's all speculation without data.
