White = a phenotype to me, for the most part.... but typically associate it with WASPs. All other Euros are just "white by default"; similar to the way I see mulattoes/black-admixed people as being "black by default."

For example, most people I know don't call Italians and Greeks "white people"... we just call em what they are (Italian/Greek).
