so would jhon ausonius aka "lasermannen" not be considered "truly white" in sweden?

He killed (other) immigrants because he had a complex caused by his dark complexion. To make up for this complexion, he used blue contact linses and coloured his hair blond (sometimes red).

So the answer is no, I guess.
