Why does that make me naive?

A lot of my fellow Black posters on here are incredibly intelligent, and very articulate--yet the racist whites on here STILL want to claim that all black people are ignorant, dumb and uneducated. Wouldn't this exposure, (even though its online) change their minds and make them think differently? It's like a slap in the face. Daily they converse with intelligent black people on a regular basis via this forum yet still come and post threads about how dumb, stupid and inherently inferior black people are? It's like they've been trained to say this stuff even though its not really true.

Amber, don't let the racist nutjobs on forums such as this one get you down. Seriously. Trust me, I understand the point of your post....I'm about as white as they come, but I certainly notice the tendency for there to be more vitriol spewed about the African race than any other group of people. Your observations are not just yours, alone

Personally, I do not feel anyone is inferior on any sort of categorical basis....except for scumbag criminals and their ilk.
