One theory is that Spanish have never understood our language, so they said our language "sounds like Polish".

But in the Spanish Civil War, spanish army used to sing:
Catalan, Jew and renegade ones
You'll pay for all.
Er, there were two Spanish armies during the Spanish Civil War. That's why they call it a Civil War or were the Republicans in Madrid, Castile, much of Andalusia, Extremedura, etc. Catalans? Not only are you dumb but you also lack basic common sense.

... therefore, the word "Polish" may be related with the attitude of Hitler between Polland. That's perhaps the dumbest thing you have ever said.

I've never heard anyone refer to Catalans as Polakos. I'll ask my parents about it when I see them. It's probably a new thing used by other Spaniards against Catalan nationalists to exaggerate their belief they are different from them by labeling them a distant ethnic group. If my parents never heard of it, then it's recent and if it's recent then the assumption I made makes sense. Certainly much more sense than your idiotic assumption.
