I would say it's impossible to say because people populated Europe from 2 different directions. People repopulating from Ukraine/Russia, and the other Mediterranean - perhaps Italy/Spain.

Other than having a darker than average complexion that Raul Gonzalez guy has typical western features, even the big nose.

If I had to choose, probably go with Spaniards, perhaps a little bias on my part. Though, in this definition I would say "native European", rather than white, as blonde hair probably came into Europe from the east.
