I never got,if most Latinos are partially Amerindian,and Amerindians came out of Northeast Asia long ago,why would they have lower iq scores than whites?And if East Asians have such high IQ's,why is the average IQ in SE Asia 87(which is apparently the average score of African Americans)?

Because these test are bogus on any sort of "biological" level.
