It's interesting to hear about Arab women in Michigan dating out. Actually I am not surprised to hear it. This cultural / religious fear of the father or brothers honor killing the woman or her boyfriend, doesn't seem to carry much weight here. I suppose you're more likely to be killed for your valuables than family honor of your Muslim girlfriend in our society.

Highest and most concentrated number in this country, but in some European cities there are more.

yeah, I heard of some incidents in canada where muslim chicks were beaten by their parents for dating outside of their community. one of them got killed.
there's a pretty sizable christian arab community here, they don't have any reservations dating white or black dudes from what I can tell.
muslims too though - know a pakistani chick (2nd gen) who is dating a white dude, but I would guess it's less common.
