Uhm, I don't have HIV, but I would blame an Afghani...being that most HIV in the former soviet states is transferred by needles...and then you have to think about the girls returning home from Western Europe, Asia, Middle East, and U.S. after "working" abroad.

It's funny there are more blacks in France and the UK than Russia, but the HIV rate is a lot lower.

Russia:5.892 per 1,000 people

France1.995 per 1,000 people

UK:0.857 per 1,000 people

It is thought that African Students to Russia likely bought Aids. Then yeah alot of it spread with Heroin use.
