Foreign population on a low level. I'd like to live in a state with sensible immigration policies; a country- and skill-based quota system, a complete ban on family reunification, and so on. I don't mind seeing uncommon faces or coming into contact with foreign cultures, but they must not be allowed to form durable communities in their host country. Immigration should be limited, diverse and selective. With all our knowledge of psychology and sociology, Western governments still can't seem to figure out how to engineer policies that aren't suicidal and/or short-sighted.

A full scale multi ethnic one. I am currently living in Holland and depending on where you are, you only see Dutch people and a lot of them "look a like" if you know what I mean.

Yes, imagine that, going to the Netherlands and seeing Dutch people. The horror.
