I don't care if where I live is mono-ethnic or multi-ethnic, I just care if the people are nice.

Honestly when I look for places to live, I look at the following criteria:

Job opportunities
Cost of living
Cleanliness
Crime rate
Hospitals
Shopping
Things to do (clubs, festivals, museums, art galleries, recreational facilities, parks, etc)

Demographics is not on that list.
