UK, the concept of race there looks to be very shaped between people's mindset.
Considering it's one of the most multicultural countries in Europe, I highly doubt there is a deep set racism there. Prehaps discontent over liberal immigration policies. Hell, most English people can't decide whether they're British or English - hardly a deep set concept of race. Also, the UK has the highest rate of inter-racial marriage in Europe.
