According to the dictionary: "Racism is the belief that the genetic factors which constitute race are a primary determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race"
Considering it's one of the most multicultural countries in Europe, I highly doubt there is a deep set racism there. Prehaps discontent over liberal immigration policies. Hell, most English people can't decide whether they're British or English - hardly a deep set concept of race.
