I found this other definition of another dictionary: "The prejudice that members of one race are intrinsically superior to members of other races".

That definition is stupid too. The reason why the definitions you choose suck is that they state outright or strongly imply one has to believe in absolute superiority to be a racist. This is a good definition (from dictionary.com) :

"a belief or doctrine that inherent differences among the various human races determine cultural or individual achievement, usually involving the idea that one's own race is superior and has the right to rule others. "

See ? the usually part shows that one doesn't have to believe in absolute superiority, unlike your quotes, to be a racist, so by that definition I am a racist.
