Guatemala and Belize
Guatemala and Belize? why?
Because they are an non-Latin and Latin counttries, the only thing they have in common is the native poeple, but culturally they are different countries.
What about the mestizos that migrate to belize? and the onces that speak spanish? are they latino?
Belize and Guatemala are quite different. In fact, you could add Mexico to that too. But I would be a liar to deny the commonalities. We have a lot of the same ethnic groups, just in different proportions. I wouldn't call Guatemala fully "Latino", since they are overwhelmingly "Ladino" Mayas.

I wouldn't call Belize, "non-Latino", but semi-Latino and semi-Anglo Caribbean, and not fully either of them .

New Mestizos differ from Mestizo-lizeans in identity, and language use. Spanish is an important, but from dominant language compared to Belizean Kriol, which basically all Belizeans speak
