Hapa means half Asian or Pacific Islander and half anything else, not just half white. Half white and half Asian is Eurasian.

Also, I forgot to highlight that the only half Asians considered hapas are those who are half Far Eastern. Half Pacific Islanders are also included as hapas, though.
