It looks like some of the pictures' aspect ratios have been squished (see Iranian, Indian, Greek, German, Centra African, African American, Thai...)

Also, the fact that these morphs look attractive is probably not only due to the morphin process. The ones for several countries, especially European ones have unusually angular features which makes me think that at least a significant part of the sample is made out of models.

As of personal favourites, I'd have to say Indian, Peruvian, Puerto Rican, South African (lol though) and Greek. The Hungarian also has something going on about her, in a more old school kind of attractivity.
