Are there biological differences between different human populations? Of course. Nonetheless, these differences are very, very clinal in nature and intimately tied strongly to geography and the circumstances they might face as a result, just like the human experience in general.

Are there inferior and superior races? I've yet to see any hard evidence which can explain the "achievement" level of a given group be explained by circumstances other than race per se. One could argue about the case of European Jewry and their disproportionate contributions to the sciences, their high IQ, or whatnot. One must remember Jews were barred from owning land in the Middle Ages, farming was out of question. The professions they engaged in were sedentary and required brain over brawn to succeed, scholastic achievement was encouraged. Jews have been forced to rely on their brainpower to survive for centuries already. It's hardly surprising.

Scientific achievement comes from those societies where conditions allow for relatively large amounts of people to sit on their ass all day thinking (and often get paid for it) without worrying constantly about hunting, moving from place to place constantly, manual labor, or covering their most basic needs.
