Using the layman's American term, she'd been seen as Black in most parts of the US by White and Black Americans, and by her ethnicity by Hispanics. Mostly because she looks visibly of African descent and is brown skinned.
This, but in the Northeast and south Florida, she'd be clearly identified as DR or PR
